Lovely comfortable bed. I wanted to bring the shower home! 5 minutes walk into beautiful Norton and it's bars and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Staff amazing and always very helpful. Accommodation very clean and comfortable. Plenty of free onsite parking. Breakfast always good quality produce and very nice breakfast room too. Look forward to my next visit.

Lovely b&b in a great location. Key safe easy to use and access. My room was cozy and very clean and the en suite was immaculate. Lovely fluffy towels and clean bed. The breakfast was amazing will certainly be coming back when I visit family again. Thanks Karen & staff for a pleasant stay
I have never stayed in a B&B hotel before. They sent you an email with an access code and keys in the room. The staff was very cooperative and kind in the morning. The breakfast was served hot in the morning and cooked fresh. I asked for muffins, crossiant, and they arranged those as well. I have stayed in many 4-star hotels in the country, and the situation was very good here. The sheets were smelling nice, which means they were clean as well. Towels were packed as well. You can find iron and the stand on FF in the store room. Highly recommend. Parking is available on the front and back sides of the hotel.
A lovely guest house with friendly staff, lovely breakfasts and efficient booking / communications systems. Really clean, smart & sensibly priced especially for single ensuite rooms. The only issue for me was being able to hear voices, the TV & snoring clearly through the wall. I had a downstairs single room, & found voices and the door bell etc from the entrance hall a bit noisy too. However, I would definitely return to try an upstairs room & recommend to others!
I had business in Stockton and hotels were almost £100 per night. I found Kingswood and the reviews were positive so decided to take a chance. I am glad I did. The room, whilst small, was neat and tidy and had everything I wanted. There was tea and coffee, a TV, a compact en suite bathroom, towels and clean linen. The bed was perfectly comfortable too. The lady who greeted me upon arrival was very friendly as well. Just a short walk up the road were several restaurants and pubs for dinner. Communication was top notch with both emails and SMS confirming my booking. I cannot fault Kingswood - it was a great value stay and I will most definitely book again if I ever have cause to return to Stockton.
Property is clean and tidy. Rooms are spotless clean and tidy with beautiful fresh deco . Staff are very friendly and always on hand if needed. Fresh towels on request. Breakfast are good too. Would recommend staying here.
